Graham at Four Steps has delivered exceptional training support to our Business4Life (B4L) programme, within Wessex Water for several years now. In B4L we train and challenge a small team to raise £30,000 for WaterAid over a 12 month period whilst building their wider skills along the way. Graham’s enthusiasm, focussed training sessions and general guidance for the teams has been a key factor in their continued success and their 100% record in hitting the fundraising targets set them. Graham’s style is direct, intuitive, warm and wholly focussed on the individual within a team context.
