For nearly five years Graham Proud, our head of training, has been working with a UK based aircraft charter company training their brokers in essential telephone and face to face sales skills.

During this time he has delivered over 50 programmes, supporting the huge growth of offices and staff across North America, South America, Europe, CIS, the Middle East, Africa and Asia.

In addition to the brokers training, Graham also designed a performance management and coaching skills programme that enables team leaders to effectively develop and support their staff.

The organisation now arranges over 6,000 charter flights a year and the core sales skills programme that brokers attend is widely accepted as having a huge impact on their success.
